Bao He Wan (保和丸), or Preserve Harmony Pill, is a classical Chinese herbal formula from the Dan Xi Xin Fa (Dan Xi’s Heart Method). It is designed to relieve food stagnation in the Stomach, commonly caused by overeating, excessive consumption of greasy or rich foods, or weak digestion.
