Bai Zhu-白术(熟), derived from the dried rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala, is a key herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for strengthening the spleen, drying dampness, and boosting qi. The raw () form retains stronger drying properties compared to the fried version, making it ideal for resolving dampness and edema.

This product doesnot contain medical claim.

Key Benefits

Strengthens Spleen Qi (健脾益气) – Improves digestion, reduces bloating, and addresses fatigue due to spleen deficiency.

Dries Dampness (燥湿利水) – Helps with phlegm-damp conditions (e.g., loose stools, edema, excessive vaginal discharge).

Stabilizes Exterior (固表止汗) – Used for spontaneous sweating due to weak defensive qi.

Prevents Miscarriage (安胎) – Supports pregnancy when combined with proper herbs (e.g., Dang Shen).

Decoction: 6–12g (commonly paired with Fu Ling (茯苓) and Dang Shen (党参)).

Liu Jun Zi Tang (六君子汤) – For dampness with weak digestion.
